We are government accredited (via CIBSE & Stroma) and able to offer the following services:-

Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's)

We Produce Level 3 & 4 Commerical Energy Performance Certificates, meaning we are able to provide an EPC for the simplest building to the most complex.

Display Energy Certificates (DEC's)

We have been trained and accredited to produce display energy certificates, which are required for Public Buildings over 1,000m²; however a number of our commerical clients have had DEC's produced to demonstraigt there commitment to environmental tartgets

Air Conditioning Inspections

Air Conditioning Inspections will be required for most buildings with an installed cooling capacity of over 12kW by January 2011. We are able to offer inspections of both simple and complex systems.
